Because if SPS is enabled, anyway eNB will be giving grant at finite interval, so SR is not necessary?

It is implementation specific.We have an RRC IE called SR MASK which will prevent the SR trigger if SPS grant is configured. If SPS grant is not assigned then UE can trigger the SR even though SR mask is enabled. Sometime UE will trigger RACH to acquire UL grant if SR mak is enabled and SPS grant is not assigned .
If we disbale UL Implicit SPS release , what will be the impact?
If this is possible then How UE handles it. Will these configuration should be same as PCELL occasion or it can be different?
Does SR Mask prevent SR report for all LCG or only one LC in LCG?
UE can cancel the SR if it receives an UL grant, but what is already SPS is configured and UE initiated an SR few SF before SPS occasion ?Can UE cancel the SR?
