What actions UE will do if T302 timer expires ?

At expiry of T302, UE re-transmits Cell Update/URA Update if V302<= N302 else it goes to IDLE Mode.

V302 is a counters whereas N302 is constant used in UE (refer 3GPP TS 25.331)

Whether UE will do Tracking Area Update after successfully handover to Target ENB?

After UE handover to target ENB it sent RRC Connection Reconfiguration complete.why UE doing suddenly Tracking Area Update request? Even it is in RRC-Connected State.
