If you mean radio bearer then the SRB0 is the default radio bearer which is always there even after detach.
If mean EPS bearer then its not there.

I will give my answer on behalf of what i understood from your question. I guess eNodeB is the scheduler of resources. Now default and dedicated bearers are also provided by eNodeB. Coming to your question default bearer information would be available after detach. Now detach are of different types. Detach by UE initiated or Network initiated. Detach from EPS services or Non-EPS services or from both. So when it is just for EPS services in this case UE-MME peer signalling will not be detached. It would be present there. This is what you meant default bearer. This is what i could answer. Expecting someone else to clear it bit more.
