Establishing X2-Connection Between two ENBs where operator for them are different is possible or not ???

Consider Two ENB of two different operator can they establish X2-AP Connection if X2-AP Support is there ???

I guess it is possible as ECGI will give unique identification to them . (Though possibility of CGI is same) ...

is there any other scenario like x2AP- is not possible between them

I just want to enquire one thing If you are saying that X2-AP support is there. It means its possible to do handover.

And your 2nd query: is there any other scenario like x2AP- is not possible between them. Am i saying it right ? It's a different one.

As per my knowledge, to establish X2-AP link between the two eNodeB, MME should be same. I mean to say both the eNodeB should be connected to same MME.

Now, this is possible only when a MME can be shared between at least two operator.
I am not aware about MME sharing between two operators.

I think if each ENB connected with different MME also X2 link is possible.
