Hi Dheerendra,

All preconfigured Transmission will be made irrespective of DTX period. Incase of PUCCH, If HARQ needes to be sent then it will be sent over PUCCH even DRX off. If UL data arrive then SR will be sent even DRX off period.

So, To ansswer to your query . Yes UE can send PUCCH even DRX is off period.
