User fc something like 

fc file1 file2

If your files are binary files then 

fc /B file1 file2

Looking for speech to text converter on windows platform?

I have been looking for a program that will convert speech to text. I would like to dictate the contents of a document rather than typing it.

I have found Dragon Naturally Speaking for $100 but I am hoping to find something considerably less expensive or free. It should run on a PC with Win 7 and/or Win XP.

Is there any way to run virtual machine on windows host other than using Oracle Virtual Box kind of option ?

Oracle Virtual box is heavy option for me to launch virtual machines. I am looking for a lite weight hypervisor option or any other solutions which make my life easy.
