Answer: 17

95 ring + 5 not ring
(83 - 5 = 78) ring,white bag + 22 others
(77 - 22 = 55)ring,whitebag,black shoes + 45 others
(62 - 45 = 17)ring,whitebag,black shoes,umbrealla + 83 others

Answer: 17
95 ring =5
83 white bag =17
77 black shoes =23
62 umbrellas =38
total =83
so, 100-83 =17 is the answer
