The answer would be 95.

By chain rule ,
More patients consume more milk and more patients require less days to consume milk.

So,x(No. of patients)=(70*1710*30)/(1350*28)=95(Answer)

70 patients x 30 days=2100 patient/days
1350/2100=9/14 litres/patient/day
1710/28=61
61 / (9/14)= about 95 patients
