If there were 10 workers less, it would take 10 days more for the work to be finished.
How many workers were there originally?

Let N be the initial number of workers
Speed of N workers = 1 work / 100 days
Speed of (N -10) workers = 1 work / 110 days
1 work = 100N = (N -10)110
10N = (N -10)11
10/11 = 1 - (10/N)
(10/N) = 1/11
N = 110.
