The first option : 20000×(80/100)×(80/100)×(90/100) =
11520 /-
The second option : 20000×(60/100)×(95/100)×(95/100) = 10830 /-
Therefore the second option is the cheaper alternative.

1st offer Rishu will pay:
20000 x 0,8 = 16000
16000 x 0,8 = 12800
12800 x 0,9 = 11520
2nd offer Rishu will pay
20000 x 0,60 = 12000
12000 x 0,95 = 11400
11400 x 0,95 = 10830

The second offer is better and he will save 11520 - 10830 = 690 Rs
