It follows the logic below
Bottom left
14-8 = 6, 19-14 = 5, 30-19= 11, 46-30= 16
Then,
6+5 = 11, 5 + 11 = 16, 11+16 = 27, and so 46 + 27 = 73
Bottom right
10-11 = -1, 16-10=6 , 21-16=5, 32-21 = 11
Then,
-1+6=5 , 6+5011, 11+11=22, and so 32 + 22= 54

Answers : 73 and 54

Differences between the numbers in the 2 columns above are following fibonaci rules with the first column's difference terms starting with 6 and 5 and the second column's having those difference terms as -1 and 5.
So the answers must be 46 + 27 = 73
And 32 + 16 = 48.
27 => 6,5,11,16,27.
16 => -1,6,5,11,16.
