Taking present of Sameer and Anand be X and Y
So,
X/Y = 5/4 -----------(1)
and
after 3 years it will be
X+3/ Y+3 = 11/ 9 ---------------(2)
From 1 and 2 we get,

X = 30 and Y = 24

So Anand's present age is 24 years
