Required Candidate Skills :
Candidate should be B.Tech (CSE/ IT /ECE/ETE).
Candidate should be exposure to work on Database , Networking & Linux.
Monitor, analyse and address reliability and performance issues of servers and network elements.
Manage workflow and service requests through clients calls, emails and ticketing system.
Work with other L2 & L3 support groups internally and external vendors to provide seamless support to customers and uninterrupted services.
Incident and Problem Management along with the SLA Management with in Tivoli Smart Cloud Control Desk.
Sound knowledge on Networking concepts and SQL and basics of Linux.
Knowledge on basic concepts of Telecom Value Added Services.
