Upgrading Bugzilla from version 2.2 to version 5?

We are currently using Bugzilla 2.20 and I would like to try and get up to date with the current version of Bugzilla 5. Is there anything special that I would need to do to get this to work as it appears we are pretty far behind. I would love to be able to bring our existing bug list over to version 5.

Read the general upgrade instructions and especially those for UTF-8 since Bugzilla 3.0. Everything else depends on what you have customized or "broken" regarding UTF-8 in the past. If haven't customized anything and just used the default charset of your system, everything should be easy, including converting to UTF-8 now.

I would suggest trying the upgrade on a mirror first.

Bugzilla Database migration problem from 4.0.2 to 4.4

I am using bugzilla 4.0.2. Now I installed bugzilla 4.4 in another machine. I imported the 4.0.2 backup to bugzilla 4.4. But I got an error *"ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 315: Can't create table

Bugzilla upgrade to 5.0 lost it look and feel

I just upgraded to Bugzilla 5.0 from Bugzilla 4.4.9 and everything is working accept the look has changed to a generic webpage like a word document instead of the previous default look of a webpage with buttons and Bugzilla logo.

Is there a file I needed to copy from the old Bugzilla installation to the new one?
