Is there any possible way to get indexed in google of any website when it is not live.

No its not possible

Well, I am working with the SEO from the last many years.
You never indexed your site until your site is not live in Google, otherwise it will add bad effect to your website.

How can we ensure my updated link in sitemap.xml is crawled-indexed by google faster. Are there options other than manually submitting urls.
