Can a Default no-GBR bearer be converted to GBR dedicated bearer in LTE?

In LTE, when UE is first time attached to a network, it is usually allocated a default non-GBR bearer. Can this bearer be converted to a GBR bearer, without releasing the UE context at eNodeB?

I hope I got your question correctly -

Default bearer can have only Non-GBR with QCI 5-9. So to have a GBR you have a have a dedicated bearer created.

Salil,
Let me clarify a little bit more. Let's assume a UE has been attached to a network. So, it has got a default non-GBR bearer.
Now, say the operator wants to convert the default bearer itself to a GBR bearer, without deleting UE context. Is this possible in LTE?
AFAIK Default bearer can have only Non-GBR :) so to assign a GBR UE have to have a dedicated bearer.
ok.
Thanks a lot Shalil.
