Windows:Download software using a guest account?

I will be using someone else computer for a few weeks. They say they have set up a "guest account". However, I see Microsoft says I cannot download software in a guest account.

I need to download a software platform to work on. Is it possible for me to install the software on a flash (thumb) drive and run it from the drive in the guest account?

Get your host to download it in Administrator mode. If it is his computer he should know about it anyway.

SIP install error on windows using python 32bit?

I want to install sip on windows bit using python 32 bit.
I download sip from this link https://www.riverbankcomputing.com and I try to install from cmd line :

C:WINDOWSsystem32>cd C:UsersusernameDesktopsip-4.17

C:UsersusernameDesktopsip-4.17>python configure.py install
and take that error any idea ?

This is SIP 4.17 for Python 2.7.11 on win32.

I am using windows 10 Single Language, Wifi driver disappeared while using internet ?What to do?

I am using windows 10 updated from 8.1. while using internet, suddenly Internet connection disconnected and shows alert for no internet I checked in adapter setting but didn't found my wifi driver. what are the causes behind this?
