I was reading one article over weekend (which I lost) about the user experience, Is there any concept of user experience management in LTE or may be in LTE-Advanced to cater the growing demand of the user experience management.

We all know service function chaining is nothing but a directed path that an IP packet should follow. It is easy to implement service function chaining using the virtualization techniques such VNF (service running on virtual machine), Docker, LXC containers.
There is a possibility on delay increase for user IP packets when those packets pass through many service functions. What should be the right approach ?

I just know CUPS stands for control and user plane separation but what is the advantage of it ? Has any network operator ever deployed CUPS solution in their network ?

Hi what are the customer facing KPI for 3G and LTE ? Means how to check the customer experience for 3G and 4G users ?

What ever customer is experiencing during browsing, may be latency, loading etc. What could be the calculation method for the same ?

I am a 3G subscriber (pathetic wireless experience), will upgrading to 4G improve the experience i.e. data exchange wud be fast, connection would be stable etc...
