  1. On the File menu, point to New, point to Network, and then choose network diagram as per your need.
  2. From the left pan choose your shapes and drag them onto the drawing page as per your need.
    a. For example you choose the ring as step 1
    b. As step 2 you select computers/monitors.
  3. Attach devices to the Ring network or Ethernet shape by using the shape's built-in connectors:
    a. Click the Connector tool Button image Connector on the Standard toolbar (left pan).
    b. Drag from a connection point Connection point blue X on the first shape to a connection point on the second shape. The connector endpoints turn red when the shapes are connected.
  4. When the device shape is correctly connected to the Ring network or Ethernet shape, the connection point turns red, indicating that it is glued.
  5. To store data with a shape, on the View menu, click Shape Data Window, and in the Shape Data window, type values for the data that you want to store.

Tips to complete account recovery steps

On the off chance that you can't sign in, pursue these means to expand your odds of getting over into your Google Account:

  1.  Go to the Account recovery page.

  2. As you complete the steps, use as many of the tips below as you can. (You might not see all the questions described here.)

In the event that you effectively attempted to recoup your record and got a "Google couldn't confirm this record has a place with you" message, you can attempt once more.

Answer as some questions as possible

Try not to skip questions. In case you're uncertain of an answer, speculate instead of proceeding onward to another inquiry.

Use a familiar device & location

If possible:

  • Use a computer, phone, or tablet where you frequently sign in

  • Use the same browser (like Chrome or Safari) that you usually do

  • Be in a location where you usually sign in, like at home or at work

Be Exactly with passwords & answers to security questions

Details matter, so stay away from mistakes and focus on capitalized and lowercase letters.

If you're asked for the last password you remember, enter the most recent one you recall.

  • If don't remember your last password: Use a previous one that you do remember. The more recent it was, the better.

  • If you can't confidently recall any previous passwords: Take your best guess.

Give Answers of security questions

If you're asked a security question and you:

  • Don't remember the answer: Take your best guess.

  • Know the answer but didn't recover your account on your first try: Consider a different variation of the answer. For example, try "NY" instead of "New York" or "Phil" instead of "Philip."

Get Info when you created your account

In the event that you don't recollect the month and year you made your Google Account, here are a few different ways to discover.

  • Search for a sign-up email. In the event that you can get your email for the record, scan for an appreciated message from Google or Gmail. On the off chance that you can't, browse for a confirmation email on another record that you utilized at that point.

  • Ask your contacts. In the event that you use Gmail, ask loved ones when they previously got an email from your record.

  • Think about related events or purchases. Try to remember if you created your account when you:

    • Had an important life event, like graduating.

    • Bought a new device. Look for any receipts or contracts that could be helpful.

If you can't find out the date, take your best guess.

Type an email connected to your account

If you're asked to enter an email address you can check now, enter one that you've added to your account. Here are some examples:

  • A recovery email address helps you get back in and is where we send you security notifications.

  • An alternate email address is one you can use to sign in.

  • A contact email address is where you get information about most Google services you use.

Add Important details

If you're asked why you can't access your account, include helpful details.

Some examples are:

  • You're traveling.

  • You get a specific error message.

  • You think your account was compromised because of malware or another reason.

  • You changed your password last week and can't remember it.

If your description matches the information we have, this similarity can help your case.
