How to access excel sheet data in Oracle database?

I have an excel sheet to be upload on oracle and so that data can be access with SQL commands.
Please suggest some opinions...

First save the excel sheet data into CSV then you can import CSV data oracle using Oracle Application Express, which comes free with Oracle, includes a "Load Spreadsheet Data" utility under:

Utilities > Data Load/Unload > Load > Load Spreadsheet Data
