Random desktop pictures on Windows7?

Is it possible to have W7 select from the WHOLE pictures library for the desktop picture? I can only seem to get it to select from a single directory containing pictures rather than use the full directory hierarchy of the MyPictures area?

Windows 7 can do it itself. You'd just have to save all your wallpapers you want as a theme from Personalization, then click on where it says Desktop Background. Change the time interval to what you want it to, and check the shuffle box.

Something that just sends a screen directly to the printer without having to involve Notepad or the like? I am unable to find a search function on the updated Yahoo group.

I have Flash Player installed on my Win7 machine, latest version. Every time I attempt to open a video that depends on Flash I get inundated with the warning that I need to upgrade Flash to the latest version, no matter how many times I do so.
How to stop this irritation? How to get Flash to work the way its supposed to? I have totally uninstalled it via REVO, reinstalled it but same results.
