2. Need to have a neutralized accent.
3. Remote desktop Troubleshooting
4. Incident Management knowledge
5. 1 to 2 years of service desk or related contact center working experience
Good to Have:
1. ITIL foundation trained
2. MCDST certification
3. Typing speed of 40 words per minute with an accuracy of 90%.
