LTE: when an Enodeb support 3 cells what does it mean ?

Does each cell of eNodeb has 100 RB or they share 100RB among them in 20Mhz deployment.

With respect to packet core,
If UE moves around these three cells then there wont be any update request or X2 handover to MME/HSS.
