What is the impact if RARNTI and CRNTI is same for different UE?

RARNTI is implicitly calculated but If eNB is assigned that Same Value as CRNTI to some other UE, what will be the impact.

Hi,

This scenario is basically happens if the CRNTI falls below 10. eNB should handle this scenario by not assigning CRNTI below 10.

Otherwise impact will unpredictable. eNB may schedule RARNTI with RAR but CRNTI users also will receive this and leads to confusion.
