Why there is PDCP sequences number even though RLC has sequence number?is it RLC uses sequence number used for segmantation and PDCP sn used for HO and reestablishment?

Yes, PDCP SN is used for HO

SN is used for sequence delivery then why do we need two SN in PDCP and RLC?

As RLC layer Seq. numbering is used to keep a track of packets to ARQ and PDCP, then SN should be given to RLC PDU, otherwise how it will happen in case of Segmentation and Re-segmentation?

As per 3gpp 36.322 Release 12.0 RLC specification, Extended RLC LI field = 15 bit is newly included in AM mode.
Can anyone please explain, exactly in what condition this 15-bit LI value will be used.
