What will be the impact if I change parameter maxnumRRC (maximum number of RRC) in cell from 150 to 300?

What will be the impact if I change parameter maxnumRRC (maximum number of RRC) in cell from 150 to 300, although max num of RRC in KPI reach only 73? If no impact then why we can’t set max value of maxnumRRC by default?

To have more rrc connections at eNB, It requires more pucch resources in UL. That will reduce pusch resources so UL throughput at cell level will reduce .

Maximum number of rrc connection supported by UE?

As per my knowledge one ue will support maximum one rrc connection.

What will be the behaviour of EnodeB with MME after receiving RRC Connection Reestablishment Complete message???

Which message EnodeB will communicate to MME after Receiving the Reestablishment Complete message from UE. what else messages will transverse between EnodeB and MME, before sending Reconfiguration message to UE from EnodeB after Reestablishment complete message has been received at EnodeB.
