When CSFB call end while PS session ongoing then which procedure will be performed to move again LTE Network?

If UE doesn't have any PS session and any CSFB call initiated then UE redirected to WCDMA or GSM and after ending CS session UE moved to LTE network by performing Tracking area update.

But in case PS session is on going and CS call have to be initiated then Handover to WCDMA will be performed. But when CS call finished and PS session is also still ongoing then which procedure will be performed to move again LTE Network? If its Handover then how measurement reporting will be done.

csfb to wcdma when no PSHO supported.

Is there anything in the specs that mentions that “ue-not-available-for-ps-service” can also be used for CSFB to WCDMA as well? So far what I have seen from 23.272 section 6.3 is specific to GERAN as target RAT.

Normal Release vs Unspecified CAUSE code in NAS/LTE?

Following is the list of NAS cause codes

  • Normal Release
  • Authentication Failure
  • Detach
  • Unspecified
  • CSG Subscription Expiry

Can someone provide some reference to when exactly a "Normal Release" cause is used vs a "Unspecified" cause.
