Hi,

First parameter is BSR, this will say how much buffer UE has, then UL CQI, and UE's supported MCS. these are the major parameters are considered while PUSCH scheduling .

EnodeB considers CQI feedback from the UE before creating the transport block.
As per my understanding PUCCH resource allocation is not very dynamic. In this case how UE decide to use a specific MCS (Modulation and Coding Scheme) while using PUCCH channel ?

I went through 36.331 spec, there are various terms such as Srxlev, Q-hyst and so on are used.
Can someone please give a brief overview of all the terms used during the cell selection and cell re-selection procedure ?
