When two eNodeBs establish X2 connection, they start exchanging information other than application level configuration. In case of abnormal scenarios when contexts go out of sync eNodeB which detects first initiates the X2 reset procedure towards the other eNodeB of X2 link. Upon receipt of this message, second eNodeB starts deleting the context and associated resources.

After doing this operation, second eNodeB responds first eNodeB with RESET RESPONSE message and gets ready to receive new messages.

What eNB context gets deleted during "X2 Reset" procedure? Also what is "application level configuration" as mentioned in X2 spec 36.423?
