It is resource block and information is sent in pdcch.

what is the limitation in terms of number of UE that can be allocated RB in one TTI/subframe in DL?

Is there any limit defined by the standard? Or would it be possible for instance that 50 UEs would have 1 RB each (for an overall 50 RB BW)?

EnodeB considers CQI feedback from the UE before creating the transport block.
As per my understanding PUCCH resource allocation is not very dynamic. In this case how UE decide to use a specific MCS (Modulation and Coding Scheme) while using PUCCH channel ?

the first question raised to me why 2 slots for subframe
why cant one slot for subframe or more slots in the subframe?
why did the frame is devided into subframe level
