Which node takes care of VoLTE charging ?

In LTE network, PGW generates the charging records and sends to the OCS or OFCS node of the billing domain.
Does PGW take care of VoLTE charging or any other node such as S-CSCF or P-CSCF take care ?

IMS network also support offline and online charging.
As per my understanding of IMS, IMS network nodes take care of charging.
There are following three types of charging:
- Event based charging
- Bearer level charging
- Session level charging.

Proxy-Call Session Control Function (P-CSCF) takes care of offline charging. Other nodes of IMS such as I-CSCF, S-CSCF may send offline charging data records to charging domain.

I am just guessing, the Bearer level charging records sent by PGW to charging domain since VoLTE traffic carried out by QCI - 1 bearer. Please correct me on my this thought if I am wrong.

IN LTE network charging is taken care by Online Charging system or Offline Charging System

With PGW OCS has Gy interface based on diameter protocol
For Offline charging Gz interface is used and that too is also based on diameter protocol

How VoLTE charging works?

I want to understand which are the major EPC nodes involve with VoLTE Charging.

Staring from UE till IMS network.
Basically I want to know end-to-end Flow for VoLTE Charging which involves various Diameter Interface.
Does Gy interface has any role to play,if Yes,why? If No, Why?
It will be very helpful with some arrow diagrams involving the diameter interfaces without any message details.

VoLTE: At which stage of SIP registration, P-CSCF establishes secure IP connection with UE ?

I know the fact P-CSCF establishes an IP sec tunnel with the UE but exact at which point it does not sure.
