Google shows the result on various things -
1. Possible related searching.
2. Try to apply NLP for spell mistake.
3. More importantly is the Rank and DA which decides which page to show first.

Based on above analogy when I search applozic the google shows us
Showing results for applogic
Search instead for applozic

Assuming the user is doing some typo, however when we choose the second option it shows the correct result.

I have a main domain (of course) and a sub domain. I'm really trying to steer my personal stuff away from the main one and have focused all of my php development to the sub-domain.

Lately I noticed that google catalogs my sub-domain site stuff under the main domain name and the links that come up lead to that domain name with the path that takes the user to the sub-domain's home folder and beyond.

Is there something that php (apache??) can do to control either google's robots or the user's view (url) so that it appears as a page of my sub-domain?

Your help may help us to improve the queryhome and its performance. My question is does google or other search engines read the change frequency and last mod from the site map.
