as they are co workers their salary woulb be same

Step 1: A tells his salary after adding some private number. (A+Pa)
Step 2: B adds his salary to this number along with some private number. (A+Pa+B+Pb)
Step 3: C adds his salary to this number along with his private number. (A+Pa+B+Pb+C+Pb)
Step 4: Now A subtract his private number from the the number in step 3 followed by B followed by C and we get A+B+C
Step 5: Now simple average is A+B+C/3
