3 men + 4 women = 2 men + 6 women

1 men = 2 women

So, total work in case of women is

(3*2 + 4) * 10 = 100 women work.

Thus

( 4*2 + 8 ) * 2 = 32 women work is completed after 2 days. Remaining 68 work is done with 68/8 = 8.5 days by women.....

3 m = 6 w;

3 m + 4 w = 6 w + 4 w = 10 w;

10 w = 10 days; 10 w * 10 days = 100 days take the work of one woman;

4 m + 8 w = (4 m * 2) + 8 w = 16 w

100/16 w = 6,25 days take the work of sixteen women;

6,25 - 2 = 4,25 would modify the sixteen women and eight remain twice as long, that is

4,25 + 4,25 = **8,5**
