9-3+4=10//////////////////10*7/5=14
highest number
9/3+4=7*7-5=44

The permutation of 4 elements gives us 24 combinations
I worked all 24 combinations
Lowest number is given by
9 + 3 / 4 - 7 x 5 = - 20
Highest number is given by
9 / 3 + 4 x 7 - 5 = 44
