On the first day he covers one fifth of the total distance.
The next day he covers one quarter of what is left.
The following day he covers two fifths of the remainder and on the fourth day half of the remaining distance.
He now has 10 miles left.

Answer:
20/100 + 20/100 + 24/100 + 18/100 = 82/100 leaving 20 miles = 18/100.
22.22mi + 22.22mi + 26.67mi + 20 mi. = 91.11miles

Let total distance = 100
First 4 walkings = 82 km
Last walk = 18 km is equivalent to 10 km remaining walk
As total walk completed is 10/18×82= 45.56 km
