Each of the lifts = 4 (bcos it has 4 round metals instead of 6 as in the previous picture). So 4+4=8.

The man =5, he's wearing a face mask=3, he's holding a lift =4. So, 5+3+4=12

Face mask =3

8+12×3
Using BODMAS
8+(12×3)
8+(36)
8+36 =44
