Total of 18 tickets. Of them 6 are a multiple of 3 and 4 are a multiple of 5.
But 105 is then counted double.
So 9 out of 18 tickets are multiple of 3 or 5 = 50%

50%

99-116---> total 18 tickets
multiples of 3 or 5-- 99, 100, 102, 105, 108, 110, 111, 114, 115--> 9
probability--> 9/18=50%
