Car A will travel 45 × 4/60 = 3 KM in 4 minutes

Now the difference in speed between the 2 Cars = 40 KMPH

And the relative distance for Car B to reach Car A = 3KM

3/40 hr = 4.5 minutes.

That means after 8.5 minutes both cars will reach the same distance ie., 45 × (8.5)/60 = **6.375 KM** is the point where this happens.
