CHEMISTRY
1. Divide the word into 3 parts: CHEM+I+STRY
2. Reverse 1st 4 ---> MEHC+I+STRY
3. Add +1 to first 4 and last 4 letters (next letter in alphabet) ----> NFID+I+TUSZ
