60LTr.

Adding 60Ltr. of Water to total mix of 60Ltr.(40Ltr. Milk & 20Ltr. Water) makes total mix of 120Ltr. where, 40 Ltr. of milk and 80Ltr. of water.
This satisfy 1:2 ratio of milk & water
