you begin multiplying by (-1) and adding (+3). as you proceed you should end up multiplying by (+3) and adding (-1).
0x(-1)+3=3
1x(0)+2=2
2x(1)+1=3
3x(2)+0=6
4x(3)+(-1)=11

0×2=0+(3)=3
1×2=2+(0)=2
2×2=4+(-1)=3
3×2=6+(0)=6

4×2=8+(3)=11
Ist multiply 2 then add this Sequence i.e 3 ,0, (-1),0 ,3.
