GROUND = TILFMW = 20,9,12,6,13,23 = 2,9,12,6,4,5 = 2,9,3,6,4,5 = 29

So GROUND = 29

29 is the answer

D E L H I
| | | | |
W v o s r
2+3, 2+2, 1+5, 1+9, 1+8
5+ 4+ 6+ 1+9 =25
SAME TRICK APPLY FOR PATANA=29
ALSO FOR GROUND= 29

DELHI

D has index 4 from the start that is from A, from Z the alphabet with index 4 is W.

E has index 5 from A and to Z alphabet with index 5 is V.

Similarly for DELHI

Delhi = WVOSR

Now an index of W from A is 23, for V it is 22, so

For WVOSR indexes are 23,22,15,19,18

Now adding these together:

2+3, 2+2,1+5,1+9,1+8 = 5,4,6,10,9

Again adding these: 5+4+6+1+0+9 = 25

So Delhi = 25

Now for PATNA

PATNA = KZGMZ and its indexes: 11,26,7,13,26

Adding these 2,8,7,4,8 = 29

PATNA = 29

Now for GROUND

GROUND = TILFMW = 20,9,12,6,13,23 = 2,9,12,6,4,5 = 2,9,3,6,4,5 = 29

Hence, GROUND = 29
