Except for 2*5=6 all others can be explained as shown below.
3*6 = 18 ==> 1*8 = 8.
6*7 = 42 ==> 4*2 = 8
4*8 = 32 ==> 3*2 = 6
Therefore
7*9 = 63 ==> 6*3 = 18.
