Question is not clear,,

whether those percentage is calculated based on remaining amount or from main principle amount.

say e.g 100rs he has, he spend 40% to machinery, then remaining 60, In 25% on building from 60rs or from 100 rs.. ????

It's always taken as the remaining amounts percentage unless specified.

Let me consider the initial amount to be 100 percent then
After the 40% expense it reduces to 60%
Then 60 - (60×25/100) = 45%
Then 45 - (45×15/100) = (153/4)%
Then (153/4) - (153/4×5/100) = 36.3375%

So 36.3375% of the initial amount is given to be = 130500/- ie.,
(36.3375/100)×(initial amount) = 130500
Therfore initial amount = 3,59,133.13/-
