If the area of a square and rectangle are equal. The side of square is 12 cm and length of the rectangle is 16 cm, then what would be the perimeter of rectangle?

Side of Sqaure = 12
Length of Rectangle = 16

Area of Square = Area of Rectangle
a*a = w*l
12*12 = w*16
w = 144/16
w = 9

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + w)
= 2(16+9)
= 50

Ans :- 50

area of square = area of rectangle
a^2 = l×b
12×12 = 16×b
b = 9cm
perimeter of rectangle = 2(l b)
= 2(16 9)
= 50 cm
