As 1 Dollar - 100 pennies = 10 Dimes = 4 Quarters.

So the Box having quarters has the highest Value.

If, box has 100 coins in each and so,
1st Box = 100 quarters = 25 Dollars,
2nd Box = 100 Dimes = 10 Dollars &
3rd Box = 100 pennies = 1 Dollar.
