Assume all cuts are parallel, and cuts are done sequentially (not simultaneously).

4 Pieces=>3cuts=>4minutes(240sec)
3 Pieces=>2cuts=>x sec
3/240=2/x
x=160 sec =2 min 40sec
ans is 2 min 40 sec
