What is the breadth of the room ?

Rate of laying 75 cm wide strip of carpet is 30 paisa/meter=0.30rupees/m
Therefore cost for 15 meters length(75 cm width)=15*0.30=4.50=C1
Total cost =Rs 36=C
No of stripes=C/C1=36/4.50=8
Total breadth of room=8*0.75=6m
Ans is 6 m
