After 3 moves you are still 1 feet from the door.
Move 1: 4 feet remaining
Move 2: 2 feet remaining
Move 3: 1 feet remaining
Move 4: 1/2 feet remaining
Move 5: 1/4 feet remaining
Move 6: 1/8 feet remaining
etc.

How many seconds would it take Garima to reach the top if she did not run up any steps of the escalator at all?
